Brain Agents AI provides cloud cost optimization and operations tools, including but not limited to GCP FinOps. Our services analyze your cloud infrastructure data to provide cost-saving recommendations and insights.

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission
• Use our services to harm others or their systems

Data Access and Authorization

By using our services, you authorize us to access your cloud platform data as necessary to provide our services. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that your use of our services complies with your cloud provider's terms.

Payment Terms

Paid services are billed according to the pricing plan you select. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Intellectual Property

Our services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Brain Agents AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our services without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our recommendations will result in cost savings, and we are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Agents AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
